This tour departs every day from Auckland City. We will guide you through the best spots of the Waitakere Ranges, Auckland’s biggest regional park. First we stop at the Arataki Visitors Centre on of Auckland's treasured cultural centre. We then visit the Kare Kare Waterfall, a stunning fresh waterfall surrounded by natural native bush.
We will then make our way out to Piha Beach where you will have some free time to explore the beautiful black sand beach and the surroundings, you even have the option of surfing this amazing spot.

Waitakere Experience – Only one of its kind – I would absolutely recommend this tour for anyone with time to kill when visiting Auckland! It’s truly a relaxing New Zealand experience. Felipe drives you through the beautiful Waitakere Ranges, with stops at a visitor center with incredible views of the city, harbor, and forest, as well as a beautiful waterfall and Piha beach, which is apparently an excellent surfing location. He gave myself and the few others on the tour time to walk around the beach. It was a great way to see the West portion of the Auckland area!
